This issue features five published articles from two countries, Indonesia and Malaysia, with cities represented including Purwokerto, Bantul, Yogyakarta, West Jakarta, Gorontalo, and Kuala Lumpur. The contributing institutions include Universitas Islam Negeri Profesor Kiai Haji Saifuddin Zuhri, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Universitas Mercu Buana, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, and Universiti Malaya. The articles explore diverse topics in educational management, teacher performance and motivation, environmental consciousness in English language teaching, organizational culture, economic uncertainty, the pawnshop industry, and students’ cognitive, social, emotional, and moral development. Collectively, this issue highlights contemporary perspectives on education, organizational management, sustainability, economic resilience, and student development across Indonesian and Malaysian contexts.
